Interview took place after hours while the Project Manager was driving home. Between the noise of the traffic, the poor cell quality, and the accent of the interviewer the conversation become unintelligible after about ten minutes. I tried to listen and could only pick up about 30% of what he was saying. As I attempted to explain the dilemma he took offense that I was picking on his accent. Rather than reschedule at a time more convenient for both of us he said (I presume since I couldn't really understand him) "good-bye" and hung up.
