Contacted by HR for a phone screen, then had a phone call with the hiring manager in regards to my qualifications and interest in the role. They brought me onsite to meet the team. During the initial phone calls I realized the role they were hiring for did not directly match the title posted.

General questions asking about my experiences and why I was interested in Atricure. On-site they give you some equipment and ask you how you think it'll fail, or why a certain defect occurred. Also to explain moments and forces a tool would experience.
