Straight-forward interview with scenario-type questions. Managers were all friendly, kind, and receptive. They provided time to answer any questions and to explain the expectations of the position, as well as the orientation process.

Initial virtual interview for LCH 11 (peds hem/onc) with the floor manager lasted about 45 minutes. Easy interview, lots of information provided about the job. Then followed up with a shadow date to see the flow of the floor.

Easy virtual interview process, met hiring manager on teams and very basic questions about experience etc. After I was hired I then met the manager in person and went over pay etc.
