Friendly atmosphere with business demeanor. I was intimated at first as I have never worked in Long Term Care and a resident was banging on the double doors yelling "let me out" as I was waiting in the front lobby. During that time I also heard a nurse yelling at someone who I thought was DON (Director of Nursing) about mandates. Non the less I stayed because I needed a job and all of this was interesting to me.
