It was a fairly lengthy process with the first panel interview in London in August, the second interview with a C-suite executive in September and a third interview with 2 C-Suite executives in October.
A fairly disappointing process with limited communication with the candidate throughou with the final interview having no feedback whatsoever. To this day, and many months later I have yet to receive feedback.
Obviously if a candidate invests time and effort on interview prep and taking time out to attend interviews to suit international office hours, the minimum they hope to receive is feedback. A poor reflection on how they treat (potential) employees. Consequently, I would advise potential applicants to think twice before applying.
