1. Intro call with recruiter 2. Technical challenge with engineer (coderpad screenshare) 3. Technical discussion with engineer 4. Technical challenge with engineer (leetcode style) 5. Discussion with hiring manager (with one small/easy coderpad question at the end)
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez August Home (San Francisco, CA)
Entretien
Went through phone interview followed by round of on-site interviews. On site I met really great people. Some of the interviews really dug into fundamentals while others were exploring my experience at prior jobs.I felt I did well. In a few days got an offer but they came in very low on compensation and equity even for a startup. I couldn't justify accepting their offer.
