Had a phone interview with an employee. Short interview with pretty simple behavioral questions such as, "tell me about yourself" and "what challenges have you faced in a work environment", nothing challenging. After the phone interview I followed up and didn't hear anything back for about a week, and then they asked to conduct a video interview. Due to another job offer, I did not complete the interview process.
