I was screened by a recruiter from a recruiting firm and an Aurigo HR representative to make sure I meet the job qualifications. I met with the project team lead and PMO director for scenario based interviews.

Entretien
It was a very good interaction with the interviewers. They would like to know more about the previous contributions and STAR based questions were asked. One was with Senior PM, then the tech head and finally director of Products and then with Senior HR. But took more than a month to give an offer.

Entretien
The interview process consists of 2 rounds of technical discussion followed by a VP and 1 HR interview. The Product Management Team mainly looks for candidate's attitude and communication skills rather than subject knowledge.

1st interview consists of basic understanding of work done, technical expertise of the candidate in which he/she has worked so far and will ask the questions related around it. At the end, a case study would be shared and would be asked to come up with a solution. 2nd interview was technical discussion where they ask more about your knowledge and experience. They expect that the candidate has gone through Aurigo's website and are well versed with the company's business.
