Had to call them a week after submitting a resume, the manager had trouble finding my resume. After the initial interview you are called in for a series of 4 hour trial shifts at their discretion. You are not given a clear indication of performance indicators, expectations until you are told you are doing something wrong according to their guidelines. Which as stated are not made clear at the start.
