The interview process was easy and pleasant. I was told after my second face to face interview someone would get back to me about the position. After a week I heard nothing so I sent a follow up and no one responded. After two weeks I sent another follow email and was met with nothing. It’s a bit disheartening to be told you’re a shoe in for a job and then here nothing from anyone.

Met two people - general questions including if I knew what the hybrid publishing model was. They were friendly but I didn't really trust them - they seemed more interested in selling the job than me selling myself

Entretien
Upon arrival, I was provided a test and given 20 minutes or so to complete it. I was asked to spot the errors in an Arabic passage, write an email in Arabic, and translate a short excerpt from English into Arabic.
The interview itself was a great experience. The interviewer was friendly, professional, and displayed genuine interest in my CV and experience. I was asked about past experiences and future goals and requested to answer some questions in Arabic. Finally, they gave me the time and space to ask my questions and answered them fully.
Overall, it was a very positive experience and I sensed a good work environment.
