The screening comprised of an email asking me to confirm a time for an interview. The interview was on site at their office as a one-on-one. It was an enjoyable and open interview that didn’t lean too far into rigid experience based questions. I felt like it went well. Afterwards - crickets… I followed up with the hiring manager weeks afterwards but was essentially ghosted. Not even a rejection letter months afterwards. I get that AMB isn’t a big player, but I’m sure they can do better.
