The job was advertised on the university online portal and I applied online. A video interview was arranged. The interview board was consisted of of 6 panel members including human resource personnel. The interview board was very friendly and professional. They asked about career goals, achievements and few technical questions within the discipline.
Got the offer within 2 weeks of the interview.

Interview invitation in 3 weeks after the application deadline - quick and strait-forward instruction for video conference. Then it took a a bit long to get the outcome of the process, final decision after more than six weeks from interview.
