I applied for the job and heard from them a few weeks later. Was asked a series of questions that I responded to as I was quite excited to hear from them. Didn't hear anything for almost 4 weeks after that, so I sent a follow up e-mail. I have received no response to that e-mail. I then saw the position re-posted on some of the job sites, so I thought maybe my application slipped through the cracks. I applied again and mentioned I was in touch with them and I was very eager to re-submit my application again as I am very interested in the position. I have not heard back from them. It has been 2 months total now that I responded to their interview questions. I respect they are busy but I also was hoping to get some sort of response whether they wanted to proceed further or not, but now it's just in limbo with zero communication.
