Auth0 - More like Plain0! Sadly my experience dealing with this unprofessional company was similar to many others interviews reviews on here. I spoke to an internal recruiter who was over excited to speak to me, after that i was run through a series of interviews and a company tech challenge relating to my role. I then met the team and they were all lovely and professional, just how i expected. I think my frustrations with this company is down to their ability to say you're a candidate and we're interested and then ghosting you full after. This fault lays solely at the recruiters door and should be removed from this role for his unprofessionalism. I've never been treated like this before. Companies who ghost candidates will not be forgotten and you can throw all the free fruit and days off at staff and make yourselves out to be good but there is something inherently bad about a business if they cannot send a simple email to an active candidate. There's a systematic failure to treat someone with dignity and respect and by ghosting them you not only make the candidate feel bad but you place a bad light on your company.
