Initial communications were all done via email, and then I scheduled a time to come in. First I interviewed with who would be my supervisor, and after that he left and allowed me to sit and talk with the people who would be my team; it was a great chance to see both the person I would be working for and the people I'd be working with. Very loose environment (no reason to be disrespectful, though)--one interview and I got my offer.
