This really helps eliminate any questions that may come up later. If you choose to proceed then you have a formal interview at the end of the ride-a-long and are told more specifics of the job. Totally the worst interview I've ever had! While I was looking forward to the interview but from the moment I stepped into the office I felt very uncomfortable and most of the people seemed very unhappy especially mike who gave me a couple of Strange looks plus he had to leave couple of times during the interview which has never happened to me . I am glad they turned me down.
