A-O got my resume from the career office at my university. I received a call saying that they wanted me to come in for an interview. Before the interview I had to send them an unofficial copy of my transcripts and complete several forms for background checks. I sent those to them within a day or so and they called me back with more information on the interview (day, time, what to bring, etc.). They followed up with an email saying basically the same thing. Once I got to the office, where the interviews were to be taking place, I waited with two other applicants. I talked with the receptionists and I came to find out that instead of a 1:1 interview, which I was expecting, it would be a panel interview, 2:1 with three separate interviews. I was a little surprised but thought there was nothing I could do about it now. Each interview lasted roughly 30 minutes and each applicant rotated through the three conference rooms. An hour and a half later I left. Interviews went well. They asked a lot of behavioral questions and some specific questions off of my resume.
Interview Questions: Who is your role model and why?, Tell me about a time when you had competing deadlines and how did you handle them?, What is your greatest strength/weakness?, What do you know about Auto-Owners?
