Information overload. The claims manager drones on and on about all aspects of the job, not asking me a single question until she was done, she then asked me “Does that sound interesting?” Then I interviewed with a supervisor who was dressed sloppily and was too laid back to be professional. He asked me only one question. Then I interviewed with the Regional Vice President who finally asked me questions, but he literally acted like he fell asleep after asking me a question before I even answered it. They will ask you if they will find anything when running the background check, so don’t bother applying if you have bad credit. Or if you do have bad credit, go ahead and say you don’t do they waste $50 running a background check before they tell you that you won’t be getting the job. There isn’t a drug test.

Interview was with branch manager of PIP claims, interview asked me about my previous experience in insurance, heavy on customer service, organization, and communication. Interview lasted maybe 30-45 minutes, leadership was friendly and at the end shared they had additional candidates to meet with and provided me with a timeframe as to when I’d hear back, within a week.
