One hour video call with HR, then supposedly another video with the hiring manager. Conversation seemed to be going ok, then was told that I would hear back within 4/5 days for next steps. I never heard back, despite writing to the interviewer asking for feedback, as I had other interview processes. Never even bothered to reply to my email. I find this very disrespectful, specially for someone who took an hour for the interview, and spent over 3 hours researching the company, which showed during the interview.
I chose to ignore the Glassdoor reviews about the company, and decided to go ahead anyhow because it was the perfect opportunity (on paper) for me. I now see that the lack of consideration towards people also extends to candidates. An overall poor business strategy, word to management: you never know if the person you are ghosting today will be in a position to influence a decision that involves partnering with your company, don't create ill-will gratuitously , not worth it!
