Entretien
The interview was set up in the manager's office and only lasted about 20 minutes. Went in and they asked standard customer service questions as well as basic car questions. I felt they had a pretty good work atmosphere and looked like the staff was getting a long well as a team.
Asked to come in to location and did a basic interview. Manager conducted interview and started the hiring process right away. Then had to do training for about a week. Sat at the computer for days completing training exams.
Just basic questions like tell me about yourself, your experience, skills, and qualities. How would I upsell or recommend additional products to a customer? Friendly. Was offered a job and accepted at the end.

The interview was in person, I was interviewed by the supervisor of the store. It was a quick interview, the main theme of the interview is to see how much knowledge you have in the automobile department
