Sat you down, ask you some questions about you. Ask some questions about parts on the cars. Then you discuss your pay. They will give you further directions to fill stuff out online.
Asked to come in to location and did a basic interview. Manager conducted interview and started the hiring process right away. Then had to do training for about a week. Sat at the computer for days completing training exams.
Just basic questions like tell me about yourself, your experience, skills, and qualities. How would I upsell or recommend additional products to a customer? Friendly. Was offered a job and accepted at the end.
