I applied online through my school's career website and was contacted about a week later to scehdule an interview. The interview was about 2 hours long and consisted of 3 one-on-one interviews. They asked behavioral questions ("Tell me about a time..."), general questions about my work/school experience, and why I wanted to work there. They were quick to respond--I got an offer the day after my interview.

The interview was easy they ask you what have you done in your projects and ask basic technical questions related to SOM , thermodynamics, fluid dynamics , also they as about what are your strength and weaknesses

then there is a group discussion round
then there is your first interview which is typically a HR interview
then there is your second interview that is technical
then they sort based on closeness to company and skills
