I was contacted by a Recruiter, she asked some questions through the phone and quickly contacted me back again for a personal interview. I went there and gave good answers to her, her HR manager and then I was transferred to the new plant director, I also gave good and honest answers. In the end I was not chosen, but the company and salary seemed to be better than my current job. In spite of not receiving and offer, I don´t regret the time invested. However I was not informed that the position was covered until I called again about 3 weeks after the timeframe they mentioned to make a decision, it´s a bad practice from Recruiters to not inform discarded candidates when the position was covered by someone else
