Quite unprofessional and timely. After applying I got a response after nearly 2 months. They scheduled my first HR interview the very next day. The interviewer said he will be pushing me onto the 2nd round with the hiring manager since I was referenced my one of their senior employees and they will be following up with availability request email early next week. I received the email after 2 weeks. In my second interview the hiring manager complemented me and said "Lets get you to the third and final round and dont worry about it too much." He also provided positive feedback to my referee and told him to get me prepared for the third round. The following week I received a rejection email!

Entretien
First interview was with the HR, second with what was supposed to be a hiring manager. Both were extremely knowledgeable. However, the hiring manager interview became too technical and I had to hang up due to a huge red flag. They did not deserve a negative review, but I am providing one due to a red flag and trying to catch me off-guard, which was neither fair nor professional from their end.
