Firstly, I had a 10-minute phone interview with a Manager in the department, then I received an invitation for an interview at their office, after completing the first face to face interview, which was an informal chat with the other manager in the department and a member of the recruitment team, I was invited back for a second time in order to complete a presentation for everyone that had been interviewing me through the process.
