I received a message on my phone that there is a screening that is going to be scheduled. I then got a call from a recruiter for a screening that went well. The same week I got scheduled for a hiring manager interview. We spoke for over 1.5 hours and everything went well. Then there was a panel interview with a director, a PM and an architect. That interview was detailed and thorough. Looks like they have prepared ahead of time. After two days, I received a rejection

I was contacted by their recruiter on LI. We had a phone screen a few days later, and then I was ghosted by that same recruiter. I followed up after a couple of days, but did not get so much as a courtesy reply from them. Pretty unprofessional, but I guess that's how things are going these days.
