It was excruciatingly slow and inefficient, which is shocking for a company that prides itself on being large and innovative. Their inability to handle the most fundamental aspect—communication—is deeply troubling. After enduring four rounds of interviews, the recruiter completely ghosted me. Despite my attempts to follow up twice, I eventually received a cold, generic rejection letter. In hindsight, I see this as a lucky escape from a company that clearly operates with poor values and disorganized business practices. I absolutely do NOT recommend engaging with this company.
