Very bad interview experience, Run away, if you can. I had an initial recruiter call and discussed through role and setup call with Hiring Manager, that went well as well. Gave a take home exercise, which I have completed and in fact added enhancements on how can be further scaled in future. Got invited to the loop, excelled in each and every tech interview in the loop and in final call with Hiring Manager that went well as well, in fact HM did said I was the first person to interview for this role. Loop completed on Thursday. next week on Monday, I did followed up with recruiter seeking any feedback - Tuesday got rejected. Such a worst way to handle a candidate experience. In fact, I have over excelled in each every round, hands-on exercise and so forth, recruiter further provided insights, that they are moving forward with another candidate, such a BS. since HM confirmed I was the first candidate, So someone was lying. I assume role was got closed due to business update. But, overall pretty bad experience and avoid if you can, unless you want to be played. Not recommended.

Process took 1-2 week but at the end HR ghosted. They were also offering much less salary then my current one. Though the position was remote, there might be an occasional visit to pune office if there was any need. Typical psychometric test along with some quantitative test. Then there was a interview with the manager who gave a take home assignment. Followed by 3 more interviews, like system design, coding and cultural fit.
