The interview process was 3 rounds. The first round was with human resources. The second round was with the hiring manager. The third and final round was a panel interview with the team.

The process is pretty typical of what you would expect. HR recruiter, then the direct hiring manager, then a panel of people who you may work with. The process wasn't hard. I will say, the interviews did leave me wondering if this would be a good fit. For starters, it's good and bad depending who you are. For one, it's a fully remote company for the most part. For me that's fine, but during the interview process it sounded like the training program is mostly made up on the spot. It doesn't need to be a class or strict by any means, but it gave me concerns with how I would be brought on and integrated into their work flow and platform. Then the other concerns that arose is the position wasn't fully defined. It sounded like you might be working on multiple things, then during the process it sounded like only one major project was the key for the time being. Personally I want a little more guidance with their plans. Furthermore, this company focuses on giving out loans to people with fair to bad credit. As in under 650, and ideally in the 500 range. For me with higher rates and a potential recession, that makes me concerned. Especially with recent layoffs of recent hires at other firms. Finally the real big negative was ghosted. If I made it to the final steps, get back to me within a week. When I wrote this it's been 10 full days, 8 business days since I finished, and the point of contact hasn't gotten back to me. That tells me the negative reviews and frequent issues in the reviews are likely true, and gives me a negative impression on the company. That said, for the whole process it warrants a neutral rating.
