      Candidature

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Aveska (Toronto, ON) en avr. 2013

      Entretien

I was contacted by a recruiter based out of CA. She arranged a call for me with the EVP of Sales based out of Canada, but it took a while. Then set up a face to face meeting with the EVP at a local Starbucks. Really nice guy, but a little relaxed. Did not seem like a Senior Level Sales Leader. Asked some good questions, but had a very casual conversation. Told me he wanted to send me to HQ in Boston the following week. Communication became more spread out from that point and somewhat confusing. They contacted at the end of that week asking if I could fly down to Boston the coming Monday. I have a full time job and could not fly on such short notice. I didn't hear back from them for another week. Again they asked if I could fly down on short notice. I was able to this time, but I didn't hear back from them for another week! Finally flew down to Boston almost a full month after the initial interview. They asked me to pay my own way, which was fishy, but I trusted that they were an honest company. I took a full day off of work to fly down. The only confirmed appointment I had was with the VP of Sales. I had to ask to speak with some others. I got an impromptu meeting with the VP of Delivery and that was it. I got an email follow up from the EVP of Sales, but it's now been almost 2 weeks since the interview and I have not had another phone conversation with him. Clearly they weren't interested. They could have called sooner to let me know!

      Question 1

The VP Sales asked me how I would rank the following sales activities in order of importance: - Qualification - Relationship Building - Pipeline Development - Closing
