Interview Process Overview:
The interview process at Aviato Consulting took about 4-5 weeks and included three main stages:
Assessment Test (Coderbyte):
The first stage was a coding assessment on Coderbyte, testing problem-solving and technical skills.
Technical Round with Task:
This round involved a technical interview along with a hands-on task to evaluate my expertise.
Final Round:
The last stage focused on cultural fit and scenario-based questions.
Overall Experience:
The process was well-structured, with clear communication from HR. Overall, a positive experience!

I have applied in January at that time process was following:
1. Coding round on coder Byte platform.
2. One technical round virtual
3. HR round
They are very bad at replying to candidates. I have tried mails but not get any response about my application(Very frustrating).
