Entretien
The process was a bit lengthy. There were 3 interviews with the possibility of a fourth. The first interview was with HR, the second was with the Hiring Manager, and the third was with a panel that included the supervisor and a few engineers. The third interview was a case study.

Hiring manager personally interviewed me asking generic questions about my past experiences related to the position. Most questions were about the leadership skills and work in a fast paced environment.
