Simple; they have you role play to see your skills, I was hired on the spot. Interview process is simple.. Too simple sometimes. They have hired a lot of idiots who cant do anything
It’s a three part interview starting w assessment then phone then in person very quick and easy nothing too complicated for questions just be professional and polite they want you to have a personality

Very easy and quick!! Online application was self explanatory.. and the online interview was great and cut down a lot of time when I went to the face to face..
