Phone Screening with the Recruiter and then interview with the manager and one other person. Phone screening is behavioral questions while second interview gets a little more technical but not by much.

Was referred by a friend. Phone interview with HR was really easy. She asked very basic interview questions just to get to know you. Got called back the next day for an office interview with the hiring manager. Interview was really easy again with basic interview questions such as strengths and weaknesses. Got an offer the next week and accepted it.
