Went through two different phone interviews and then had one in-person interview. Everyone was great throughout the process, and it was not very stressful. Would recommend looking into interview questions prior.

How would you deal with a situation where one of your employees feel undervalued?
Interviewer was late and continuously mentioned the required relocation. I understand that is important, but I feel like I wasn't even being interviewed. Besides that, easy interview questions. About 30 minutes in length.

Friendly and conversational. Met with managers who were positive and informative. They interview with the idea that you will work into a promotion in mind. They look for qualities of area managers , etc.
