I applied via LinkedIn and the recruiter reached out over a call. I had an virtual interview. My second round was scheduled and then abruptly cancelled without any prior intimation. Upon reaching out, the recruiter informed that I was not selected for the next round. I don't understand why they had to schedule and cancel the next round without checking the feedback from panel.
