What is your knowledge of the outer borough submarket pertaining to x property types?
Modeling test, phone call pretty simple process involving behavioral type questions that eventually led to the case study and then eventually an offer after succeeding on the case study. It was a fairly straightforward interview process in my opinion
Everyone I spoke with at the Avison Young office was very friendly and engaged. They were thoughtful with their questions and had a good understanding of my resume and previous experience in the industry.
