Was invited for a pre-recorded video interview by a recruiter, standard video interview process, not pleasant at all. This kind of interview process is pure laziness and disrespectful. Interviews should be a two-way process.

In person Interview with manager. Took weeks to complete the process. Hired through Randstad. Was a good experience. Contacted by employment agency and got hired. Manager was really very nice and friendly.

Applied online, then scheduled phone interview in 3 days(around 20 mins), in person interview next week. They are very nice, asked me some underwriting questions and told me working environment.
