the interview process was great, did an online interview, then progressed to the assessment center, did some group exercise, some questions were asked to test my knowledge of the company, analytical, related to real life scenario questions were also asked, didnt get the job but it was a great experience.
Simple process very informal, 1 round and done. Roughly took between 45 minutes and 1 hour. Option of hybrid work too discussed. Really enjoyed, people were very friendly, helpful. Only complaint was very vague on actual roles

- Started with an application consisting of completing a long form and uploading my CV and Covering letter.
- Proceeded into an online Informal Chat and Technical Interview with the Platform Manager and Platform Tech Lead at Aviva.

Preliminary stages featured some sort of aptitude test. The next stage I was asked a couple of technical questions related to software development along with some generic questions about why I would be a good fit for the role.
