I was greeted at reception and sat down with the team for them to show me their systems and what they do day to day. Everyone seemed friendly. After ten mins I was taken into a separate room by the manager and the team leader where I was interviewed however it was very relaxed, they made me feel very comfortable and the questions were very easy. I was told I would hear back in 2 weeks however I never heard anything, despite the interview going really well. I assume its because I had a holiday booked and I told them. Next time I will not be letting an employer know. They did not even send me a decline email, I even contacted them and they ignored me. So that put a damper on my thoughts about the company, Pay was also rubbish but its Norfolk so probably normal for this area.
