-2 rounds of interviews, ~1 week apart, with directors, account managers, and senior team members
-Offer ~3/4 days after 2nd round interview

Nothing terribly difficult. Interview seemed intended to gauge demeanor for speaking to candidates, prior experience in recruiting, and general knowledge about IT and finance.

Waste of my time, worst company ever, So unprofessional . Was told I would receive a response in 24 hours, have never heard back and the hiring manager is doing her best to avoid my calls and emails. At least have the decency to respond back.

I had a phone interview first and then I had about 6 people interview me for the position. They were account managers from different teams and they all asked me different questions to see where I would fit in best.
