Very lengthy process with 6 different people interviewing me for over 5 hours total. The recruiter was very responsive throughout the process until the final interview with the hiring manager... Then I was ghosted. Overall, the company is pretty disorganized as they grew substantially during the pandemic and their processes and culture hasn't adapted yet. They aren't sure what they need and what they are looking for. That being said, there is no excuse for ghosting any candidate. It's a simple courtesy for someone who invested time and effort to go through every step of the process, including being there in person 3 times.
