As per other companies Axis also follow same process it conduted telephonic round then wriiten test,screening test,IQ test,HR round and then finally last round with directors.Interview experience was very nice i was bit confused that i will be selected or not but i am confident also because i have crack all rounds with more than 90% and then i got selected for this job
