Axonify is a great company for beginner-level IT folks or new graduates. For beginners, they won't be able to get hands-on experience on on-premise IT infrastructure as they are fully cloud. They depend on Google Workspace heavily and they don't have a cyber security culture. If offered a role for experienced IT folks who are looking for long-term employment, it is a good option, and for beginners, not good for more than 2 years. From a business perspective, they have a robust and proactive interview process which is kind of audit compliant. 1- HR Screening 30 30-minute video call, Round 2- Video interview with IT director (1 Hour), Round 3- Video Interview with Senior Manager from their Infra Function and Technical Analyst from IT Helpdesk (1 Hour). The interview experience is great as there are no theoretical questions. On Round 2- They ask situational questions to measure experience and skill sets (never overshare something that you hide from your CV) Round 3- This round is critical as they will deep dive into your project management experience and your team fitness. (Do not be too open and too nice on the interview- be in the middle). My takeaway from the interview process is to not tell everything that you know technologically, stick to their job requirements, and stay on them.
