I was first contacted via Internshala where I applied for the Job, initially, they sent me an assessment copy which was the first part of the selection process, the only problem was it was an ad copy, not the blog writing I applied for. However, the did send the blog assessment copy and after submission, I was selected and asked to come for an interview. I had to wait over 40 minutes after arriving at the office and the end of it, the interviewer arrived and took the interview in the waiting area itself. The whole process felt rushed and an afterthought. I didn't got any communication from them after that.
