I applied online with CV and cover letter. After a few days, I received an invitation for a virtual automated interview. There were no interviewers, I just had to record my answers to a few pre-recorded questions.

I applied and was contacted for a phone interview about two weeks later. It was very easy and straightforward (resume, interest in role, etc.). They told me they were passing me on to the next stage, which was a "hiring exercise". They also told me they usually don't hire recent college grads and that the exercise would probably be very challenging for me. It wasn't too difficult, just involved a lot of figuring out the standards/methods used in their evaluation platform. I reached out afterwards and have been ghosted.
