Standard process. Phone call with recruiter, then in person. Overall notbad but expect for the more junior member of the team; clearly had a chip on his shoulder and treated me very poorly. Not professional and a very poor representative of the company; lacked confidence and presence. He also spoke down to me, but this seems like his standard approach based on his deamenor and apparent insecurity. Not suited for this position but is what it is.
