Very relaxed environment. First they gave a presentation about the company and what it is doing then went off for individual interviews and came back after the interview for a group exercise. There were no aptitude test involved.

The interview had a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, starting with a thorough introduction to the role and its responsibilities. The interviewer took time to explain the duties in detail, making sure everything was clear. The interview itself was relatively short, consisting of around 10 open-ended questions that allowed for thoughtful and flexible responses.
