Unstructured, disorganised, and felt like they didn't really know the role they were recruiting for. After receiving several communications to say the interviewer liked me and that I did well, it's now 3 months along and I habe not received any comms from the recruitment team or the hiring manager even after following up through email and phone call messages left.
