Had a phone interview regarding an assessment centre visit. During the assessment centre, I was asked to do a competency interview, technical interview and a technical written test. Also was given a tour of the facilities where all the applicants there including myself was given the chance to use the flight simulator, where the BAE products and it's uses were pointed out.

Video call with three folks at the company after applying online. It took months for them to start the process and they also scheduled it 3 weeks out once they did reach out. They ended up not offering me the role, but this was never communicated to me in any way. I saw on their career portal that I was no longer under consideration

Entretien
Interview was based over their internal HireVue video based interview. 2 Interviewers, one from engineering, one from HR. Competency based interview with technical scenario based questions. Process took a couple of weeks.
Tour of the office, sit down meeting with 2 members of staff where you have a conversation. They ask some questions related to the job roll. Quite a relaxing interview and the questions are not designed to trip you up
